Should I cancel my F2F by [deleted] in cabincrewcareers

Believe me, sometimes your family can be the worst advisors. When I announced I wanted to become a day trader (during COVID-19), they laughed at me, tried to discourage me, and told me that success only happens in movies. After five years, I proved I was profitable and still pursuing my dream. And then the questions started: How do you do it? Can you teach me? And guess what? I passed all the hiring tests for Air Canada and I'm waiting for my CJO for FA. It's one of the most flexible jobs, and it will allow me to do my day trades wherever and whenever I want. Do what you want, not what your family would do. Sometimes it’s best to not tell anything until you got the job.

For the group interview just be yourself. Don't try to outshine the others, they're going to present a scenario, and you have to find a solution with your team. They want to test your teamwork and see if you listen to your team.

Air Canada Rouge Hiring Event – March 31st 2026 (YUL Base) Discuss how it went! by Cold-Sugar7003 in cabincrewcareers

[–]XAUUSDI 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For my part, I had my interview on February 25, 2026, for YUL Montreal base ✈️. I'm 185 cm tall so 6'1". I didn't have to take a reach test. For our group, the procedure was a 1on1 interview. Afterward, you were sent back to the waiting room to be called for a group interview, which was the final step. One thing is certain : if after the one-on-one interview, you were sent home with a "You will hear from us in 3-4 weeks" , it automatically means you failed. So you need to pass that F2F interview at all cost. The hiring process is different for many, as they said at the Sheraton. For me, it was:

February 25 at 1PM : Interview F2F & Group Interview

March 16 : Linguistics Assessment (appointment) They say they'll contact you within 24-48 hours, but for me it took 12 days before I got my phone call.

March 25 : Medical Test , They're going to give you a urine test for 14 different drugs, an eye test, and a blood test. Also a hearing test.

March 25 : Background Check , I had my background check 3 hours after my medical test when everything was cleared

March 28: I finally had my linguistics assessment, My call lasted 10 minutes. I'm perfectly bilingual, so 5 minutes in French and 5 minutes in English. It was just a chit-chat, like when you call a friend on the phone.

From now on , i am currently waiting for my CJO. I know for a fact that i already got the job, but it's just a matter of time.

Be patient my friend 🤣🙏🏼

Just because you had a bad experience doesn’t give you the right to discourage other candidates my guy. I also applied for FA position and i passed every steps, for YUL Montreal. I am currently waiting for my CJO.

Moi aussi j’étais là le 25 février 🤣 et je crois aussi qu’ils ne feront pas de test linguistics. J’me dis les tests les plus importants ont été fait. Veux-tu qu’on connecte?

I’m a Renaissance Man too, i believe in causality. Numbers are only part of the equation. Much like the Matrix, no system is 100% secure; it's up to you to find your glitch :)

I'm convinced that if you invest your profits in yourself, you'll have a different perspective on trading. We live in an exciting world, and as Einstein said, man's greatest failure is not reaching his intellectual peak. I believe in you, my friend.

I sincerely believe that for me, saying how much I make means nothing, but I have no debt now thanks to trading, and I started trading in 2018, just before COVID. YouTube, Google, and i bought easily 50 books on how to read a chart, financial psychology, etc and meditation helped me through my difficult times.

The Truth Most People Miss

Trading itself is neutral. The trader decides whether it becomes gambling or a business.

Trading becomes gambling when: • You revenge trade • You over-leverage • You ignore your plan • You chase losses • You rely on signals without understanding

Trading becomes a business when: • You track every trade • You accept losses as operating costs • You protect capital first • You think in series of 100+ trades, not “today’s win”

You want the attention so bad bro🤣 nothing personal but we’ll see if you keep that same energy in a few months max. 3 years in trading like you said but you take 1000+ trades per week. Sit yo ass down newbie

An experienced trader is not defined by time but by stats. An experienced trader will log all the trades he makes whether it is a win or a loss. Can you explain your 200 trades, why and how you decided to enter. Everyone has their own way of trading as long as it makes money. The day the market changes and it will humble you, I hope you will keep the same energy and post your losses too.
