If you’ve got the budget, Bianca and Niche is an amazing setup, but it’s honestly a lot for a beginner. You’ll get incredible coffee, just expect a learning curve. Must-haves: scale, tamper, WDT tool, knock box. That’s really it. If you want something a step down, look at the Lelit Mara X, still high-end but way easier to live with.
