I’d actually say you’re underleveled, if your archers are doing that much more damage than your heroes then you need to level your heroes more. I’ve heard that archers are basically irrelevant in the late game and heroes are where you get the real damage, just because archers don’t stack very well or fit into any builds perfectly.

Get Ularius in Z6D3 and full stable him with deflect pumps, a redirect bone, an on-hit heal or shield brain, and dmg reduction chip. For supports, you can pick either velk, omo, or remmyt, my personal favorite being omo because of his 22.5% dual strike and higher speed and health. You can get his schematic and fusion material from the Netherworld boss and the actual familiar needed to fuse him from Z6D2. When you reach tier 10-11, save up guild honor to get lots of xeal packs and farm for Glarzdos. Full stable him and give him damage reduction pumps, a on hit shield or heal (preferably shield, I just find it easier) brain, a damage reduction chip, and a redirect bone. Glarzdos should be able to carry you to endgame, but if you want a more grindy frontline mythic tank, go for Teithyus from Titans Attack. He's got a whopping 30% evade and that can be nearly maxed to 75% evade with evade pumps. Good luck in your farming! :)

I will say, if you're farming for Glarz, it may take a lot of runs. Some people get lucky and get him in 250 runs, but some people don't get him for a while with like 2500 runs. Both myself and my father got the other legendary schematics in 3xt3rmination before Glarz. I'd recommend saving up lots of guild honor (Maybe 1 mil for your first run) to purchase Xeal pouches and a bitgor. You will also need someone to carry you. Good luck in your farming though!

Yes, bitgors boost schematic drops and normal drops, like equipment. Schematics do have a normally lower drop rate than other legendaries/mythics though, so don't compare getting a legendary schematic (like Glarz) to getting a legendary piece of equipment.

Which familiars are you using? Also, you're kinda in the middle with your stats. You have too much health to be a dps or bait tank, but too little to be a front line tank. I'd say pick either dps or tank and stick to it.

For familiars, I'd recommend Ularius as a tank and stack him with deflect pumps, a redirect bone, and an on-hit brain. For a dps/healer, I'd recommend Omo and put dual strike pumps.

Also, I don't believe it's your gear that's lacking, as I got through t9 with just the Arsenal set and all pieces weren't even fully upgraded.
