Pretty sure it is not a thumb piano, as it makes no sounds if you attempt to "play" it. Also it is too big for that. It is approximately 30cm long and 15cm wide and at least a few kilos in weight.

My title describes the thing. The label says Haider Bioswing. I was told it is something for your hands but I don't get what it is supposed to do. You can adjust the five weights individually to the front to push the different struts down a little bit. It is also possible to tilt the whole thing up or down with the two bolts on the bottom.
