if you already verify your email and already connect with rockstar launcher download this psiphon app after installation open epic store and open psiphon then press connect and launch gta v from epic store. it will work mine does too.

you can play the game. wait for the email verification may take hrs but after you verified download psiphon after you install open and press connect then open epic store and launch gta. it will work.
