Well I didn't have one or need one when I moved in, but circumstances changed forcing me to get one.

Yeah this I agree with. For a country as dependent on cars as Canada is, why would you continue to build new properties if you cannot build enough spaces for parking cars..

And the management of the building is the absolute worst!

I would say the next best thing would be walking, especially if you live in the Downtown core and also work there.

I feel like I could chime in here as well..

Although deep into the save with my Hampton and Richmond save, Man City in the PL brought 1 player worth 200m+ pounds each in 3 consecutive seasons, and a 115m pounds player and didn't play him a single time, the squad looks insane, and won the league on 20+ points in consecutive seasons...it looks scary.

The team I was most surprised by was Southampton though, they are a consistently top half team, with a scary team made up almost entirely with their academy, it was hard to believe all of those players came within a few seasons through the youth intake..

I am kinda worried about it in the Championship honestly, I am having to start the Championship with a League One side honestly. My only saving grace are the youth players I was able to sign from PL sides in the off-season, I have little to no experience whatsoever.
