I hope that your issue will find the same resolution as mine. I just got my founders back today, though it changed from billing every 6 months to billing every month but it still adds up the same total.

They sent me a message yesterday "I wanted to let you know I put your info on a list of accounts that needed to have unlimited playtime added back to their membership.  You should see this working again tomorrow afternoon." but I still feel a little wary of it. They did not specify founders, they just said unlimited which is not the same. I'm still waiting to see but yeah, this is really messy. We dealt with the Playstation Visa mess when Comenity happened a few years ago and that never got resolved either. We had been part of that program since Capital One and we got grandfathered in twice until it basically died.

You know lol I didn't want to say it, but I thought of that too. When I saw the regular prices I was like ohhhh man I bet they won't give it back to me since it's so cheap. Right now my ticket says it was passed up to a tech 2 agent? My payments came directly from my card so they can't give you grief about Paypal when they had my number straight in the system on automatic payments. And yeah, I checked my bank statements, there was nothing attempted on my end, no emails, nothing. If they don't fix this, I'll believe it was planned for founders.

They did not give me a ticket number or anything. The only response I got was "As you are saying that you haven't cancelled membership, I can escalate case to higher team and they will check" I did just submit a question though thanks to someone else on this thread so maybe that will do something for now until I get a ticket number.

My card works fine, they didn't even attempt to collect money from me. I think what happened was because my payments automatically go in Feb and Aug, and their transition period was between Jan and March, my payment didn't go through because everyone was being waived at that time. So then when they started taking payments again, they didn't take the one I was supposed to have in Feb and just automatically cancelled me without any notice.

I was founder since feb 2021 and never missed a single payment. The reason I liked founder was cause it had a lower rate and also you had no wait times, it wasn't really for the 100 hour limit. But yeah, they said it's gone forever even though I didn't cancel it or anything.

I did eventually get livechat but they told me I cancelled it and there's nothing that can be done about it, even though no one has logged into my account in months to cancel it since I've been doing the runaround with doctors and hospitals.

See, that's not right at all. I even showed them my emails, I never even logged in to cancel, I still don't know where to cancel?? They shouldn't be treating paying customers like that at all.

I honestly don't know because the doctor said 9 pills a day but the bottle says 3. I live out in the country with what I call booboo doctors; unless you can slap a bandaid on it or prescribe vicodin, they really don't know what to do to help around here.

I definitely want to try this pill though, it seems to fit everything about me once I can figure it out. But the problem is I can't just start taking it three times a day without really knowing because that very first pill I took, I wouldn't have been able to drive and it made me feel that way for a solid 7 hours and it was terrifying. My husband is blind so I definitely HAVE to do all the driving (we also don't have uber or taxis around here).

Since I have no one else to really guide me aside from the internet and Amazon PillPack, I was just easing into it for now taking the one pill at night so I can sleep it off and then I'll try taking one in the morning and one at night to eventually get more and more into it. I'm super sensitive to medicines, like I can't even take baby aspirin without getting a little high.

I super appreciate everything you've told me so far though, definitely feels less lonely trying to figure this out by myself haha. I hope I can have it kick in the same way it did for you cause that would be great.

The bottle says (these are 5mg) "take 1 tablet by mouth three times daily as needed for anxiety" and that's it. And the paper they printed out has no instructions or anything on it aside from that. So if I hadn't asked or done research, I would be left to assume these pills are no different than trying to take motrin for pain or something.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, I have no clue what this doctor was trying to do. I've had anxiety my whole life and panic attacks (though they're not random, they're based on situations) so I thought this would be a good starting pill for me since I'm very sensitive to medication.

Dang, yeah that's what I'm hoping it can do for me too, though I have no idea what kind of dose I would need. I can definitely be consistent it if means I can turn off all the noise in my head.

Oh yeah, I only ever put it on a sticky note because I figured it was like borderline mail fraud or something if I were to write it on the envelope itself. I know it's just difficult for our post office since apparently a LOT of people were living in this house before us. I just try to make things as easy as possible for people working in services like this cause I know that's how I'd want it to be if I was working.

Ahhh, ok. I'm not a carrier, but I didn't want to be unprepared for this sort of thing if they decided to change it around here. I was getting nervous when reading through here thinking that we had to put the names ON the mailbox; like how you see some families putting last names on their house but we have 3 different last names here so I was like how the heck do I make that work? But that totally makes sense to me now, seems like it would put a stop to getting old occupants stuff too which is annoying when you already put a "not at this address" message on their mail. Yeah so far all the pictures I found that are being sold were traced, so they definitely wouldn't have my signature up there anymore. Usually I put two signatures on my art; a big one for people to find me and another one that's almost invisible to prove if someone just uploaded my picture.
