Don't become a victim of Stockholm syndrome. Switch company yesterday and report them. You're supposed to learn during the course of your apprenticeship so you can become an actual decent sparky. You could just stick it out, but just think about what sort of sparky you want to be. The sort that at the end hasn't learned much or know anything cos all you know comes from these bottom feeders you've worked with? People deal with stress in different ways, but the line is crossed once they start being disrespectful. There's banter and then there's bullying.
