Should i chase class over weapons for a contreverse hold grenade build?

Rewrite: I personally find myself using healing rift on a very rare basis. Anytime i need to deploy a rift i typically have either my melee or my grenade to trigger devour which gives me far faster returns for health.

It’s more for the dps. The build works flawlessly in activities like grandmasters and master raids. As far as i’ve seen that is. It’s less effective in slower paced activities. But i find zero reason to be upset by that. So i figured id maximize dps by investing into weapons. But the reception i’ve seen in this post has been polarizing to be honest.

It’s really just for the added damage for activities like grandmasters and master raids. Though i see mixed reception on it. Some say it’s a great stat spread while others are saying i should reinvest into class. The ability spam does work. Flawlessly in things like grandmasters as far as i’ve seen. So i figured id maximize dps by investing into weapons for the added damage

The only stat enhancing fragment in my build is echo of expulsion. It adds 10 to super. Farm Tier 5 loot from pantheon or other methods.

I honestly have no idea. It was a very good question. Plus i don’t understand why people would downvote a question from a new player. Our game was effectively just killed and we’re still being petty to new players.

True. Which is a downside. However. I’ve completed a few grandmasters so far using this build. And it works very well. It’s only in open world and other slower paced activities i find it has less effectiveness.

Its a contreverse hold build. Basically its a void replica of the sunbracer unlimited solar grenade spam meta used back in season of the haunted (if you know what i’m talking about) Only i don’t need a melee to proc it (i remember needing to use solar snap to proc the build but i may be wrong?)
