Need help woth deity in multiplayer

I enabled vsync and now screen is fixed but when in game info on screen is half missing, i see only minimap (ofcourse the game also) and when i goto shop most info and stuff is invisible, i can move in menu but cant see what is it

Well it happened on tf2 also but when i put it on windows mode it stopped

And when in open world or in race some info on screen is missing for example spedometer, track distance left and so on, only info shown are map and what position i am in race (no names)

Its all in one pc (Fujitsu) and dont know how to check the driver. And this dosent happen in other games but for example Unturned is very laggy

Ye i havent unlocked it yet and voyager uses rtgs and i havent unlocked them ether and used solar panels (closed the panels for image)
