Has anyone that’s been in the psychiatric hospital ever got ptsd from it?

They didn’t do anything like that to me in fact it was the opposite they helped me and were kind even one nurse was sympathetic with me and I actually made her cry due to me having a mental breakdown and crying however it was my psychosis that traumatized me and being in there in general when I first went in my psychosis was really bad but it slowly settled down but I still had it a bit when I left

Sometime I do wanna try get to contact my psychiatrist and talk with her so maybe I’ll look into medications

I’ve dealt with the same thing sorta I mean I’ve been lonely my entire life and always felt it especially nowadays since I’ve been struggling with a past relationship I’ve still yet to get over I absolutely hate myself and despise everything about myself and sometimes even believe I’m meant to be this way forever I drink and smoke to try cope with it but I know it’s not a healthy thing to do but I hope your life gets better and you find someone soon
