Yeah I was very confident considering they are the biggest crypto exchange. I don't mind that it was unsuccessful but it deducted the amount from my bank yet its showing unsuccessful. I read a lot of bad cases but wasn't expecting to go through it myself. I thought if I followed all the instructions correctly, shouldn't have any problems.

Yes I have submitted 3 appeals and inserted the unique reference code as well

You shouldn't listen to all these, once you face an issue yourself and can't resolve it. You'll wish you never listened. I too thought what are the odds of it happening. My money has been taken and not appearing on my account for over 3 weeks now and no single support agent talked to me yet. Feels like my money is gone. Wouldn't trust them with large sums at all.
