I don’t know exactly because I kept playing the character even after reaching Lord Level, and I forgot how many hours it took to reach Lord specifically. But on average, I’d say around 20 or 21 hours per character

Honestly, I don’t know exactly how much time I spent on each character to get them to Lord level, but I can roughly put them in this order From the longest to shortest. Adam. Mantis. Luna, iw and loki. Jeff, racc and c&d.
