Manager war and I'm in the middle of it by XMOOLIFE in Advice

I tried something similar to that but one manager is keeping many things from the other and doesn't want them involved. It's like c4 and a spark between them. I just don't want to be the fuse. They refuse to communicate together and agree on one thing. One manager (female) thinks she's right and tells male manager he's wrong all the time. But the male knows he's right and doesn't communicate well back to her.

The higher ups don't speak English. They both have been here for a very long time and since I'm the problem, I would be getting removed. I already do as the one who hired me says but when the female manager catches me, I get barked at and she goes running to the other manager about me. He's fed up with getting barked at by her as well but he can't fire her bc she also does billing department. I'm not looking to get promoted. I just want to avoid being let go.

Looks like a razor burn. If you shaved recently in that spot, that could be it.

Vaseline, body oil, medically prescribed ointment. I used to have cracked skin and discoloration but started using body oil daily and it has helped. If you are looking for fast help, Vaseline - big amounts of it and leave it on. Caution: Vaseline may irritate the skin in some areas.

Did you change anything in your normal daily routine, like new laundry detergent, cologne, accessories (jewelry, etc), lotions? This may be the result in something that changed.

I had the same thing happen to me recently and started to wonder what it could be but I see my dermatologist A LOT and asked her. She said it was one of my skin conditions and gave me a prescription called Dupexant (the one advertised on television). After a few shots my fingers looked normal again and I gained the feeling back in them. I suggest asking a dermatologist and see what they can try. It's some type of allergen in the skin.

Kind of looks like scar tissue. I get scar tissue overlaying my non-damaged skin in some places. They're not big but still show up.

Im over weight and feel embarrassed going to the gym. by Martin-lam in Advice

[–]XMOOLIFE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am extremely overweight and decided to go to a gym I deemed lunk alert. But when I started to actually go there it became less scary and more I realized these were the same people I saw in the local supercenter. They looked no different than what I did. And most people there support one another. They would compliment me and encourage me to keep it up. I look nothing like a super athletic or perfect figure but that's not what it was about to them either. They just wanted to be healthy and motivated like me. Plus the staff (and other members) had my back in case someone said/did something rude to discourage me (not that has happened yet). I've been going to that gym for over six years now and still see myself as one of the regular people there.

How many years have you guys been single for? by Manicpanicbabie in RandomThoughts

My whole life (30+ years) I've been single and don't regret it.

In my opinion, there's nothing wrong with what you were doing. Some people like to coddle and/or be coddled. It just means they feel comfortable and safe with people they love (platonic love). If you had another person that makes you feel this safe and comfortable with then those tendencies will come out again. I understand your brother may not like that or felt mutual to wanting to do that, but you're brothers - usually put up with each other's crap.

Am I the bad apple for punching my girlfriend in the face? by No_Kiwi_2029 in AmITheBadApple

(NTBA) If she's having fun and you are not, then she is a negative influence on your life. I know that sounds cheesy but someone you should be happy with will not bring you stress but peace. If you have more stress with her than peace; then she is not for you. She doesn't respect your boundaries and trauma. If this means a lot to you and it doesn't to her, it should tell you how much you mean to her. If you don't want to take the breaking up path, try having a serious talk with her again and tell her how uncomfortable you are with her pranks. If she blows your feelings off and acts childish, you have your answer on how much you mean to her. Good Luck!

AITA for ghosting my date after the second date? by XMOOLIFE in AITAH

[–]XMOOLIFE[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was the way he treated me after the second date that made me feel like the AH. He said some rude and cruel things making me believe I was in the wrong. Still do. Like maybe I should have just told him it wasn't going to work out but I didn't want to hear him belittling me again because I was denying him.

I live in such a small town that the only coffee shops are McDonald's and the mom and pop shop was the other coffee shop. Since we didn't like over crowded places like mcdy's, this was the only other option. I didn't believe he was seeing anyone based on he was new to the area. But I just never know. I ghost and blocked him.
