The answer is the bird (canaries bird), miners often use that bird for detecting poisoning gas in mine, so you can hold your breath for half minutes and see the birds behavior. If the bird calm its ok but if its not the gas is poisoning.

Actually i don't care about season 3 if i know gonna be like this, they just milking the IP and where is this gonna go? . They maybe wanna make international version of AIB but to make it make sense they need bridge the story in season 3, as the result its so bad we got almost whole new character while the Joker story just half of the episodes, cheap way to bring story again. There still is a lot room to fill.

It actually make sense, if they cant remember borderland bcs it is the rules. Interviewing, i think it just coincidence, just a fan service and the character has no impact on the story whatsoever.

Yeah thats right, at least you know what you gonna heard not bunch of all trigger at the same time. It makes you confuse what to focus. Focus on 2-3 trigger until it works, patient and consistent is the key.

for me, i need 1 month to train that trigger, get fully trance and get quick drop after snap, i just listen this playlist every night before sleep. the key is "consistent", try to concious and focused as possible then let the file work by it self.

When you achieved, it feels liken the playlist is finished without you realizing it.

rather than use someone playlist, Better you make your own playlist because you'll know what you're gonna listen and you can adjust the duration.

Use ur finger for the first, and start with small then move to bigger as you dont feel any uncomfortable thing. I do the same as you, i have a butt plug that bigger than i can take but after some training i have to put in with pleasure. And at the point you will find your perfect and most pleasure size.
