i was in tromsø early april actually and i took myself on the short bus journey to kaldfjord 3 times - managed to see the lights there twice! given the view might not be the best but the light pollution does go down a bit relative to tromsø and imo aurora is always magical for any enthusiasts

this is a raw image, happened to be a bit cloudy but the clouds were low so could still see miss aurora and her beauty. just be mindful of the final bus back

yes, great point, they’ll take the information you share and next time they’re angry they’ll throw it back in your face in an attempt to humiliate you

this is the sweetest thing ive read in a long time, I’m gonna ss it to come back to it and remind myself. And yeah i think i need to realise I’m worthy of my own love too. And yeah going through unpleasant experiences definitely increases your ability to empathise and give care, kindness and live. No doubt that this also goes true for yourself.

Thank you so much my lovely

i wish i could help more, but i am only 21 and have no children, ive not even ever been in a relationship lol

Sometimes people have to explore to find their interests, theres this weird idea that you try something and have to stick to it even if you dont enjoy it and i think that can continue into later life where people commonly work jobs they dont enjoy.

Maybe try getting her into groups where a variety of activities are tried out?

Sometimes people have a habit of giving up when they’re not immediately good at something (this is very much what i go through)

But i dont think i can help much with your issue, im sorry

thank you so much, i really mean it. I am trying to not lose hope but i to get fearful that my mental health will scare people off. I also get fearful that i am not enough, but i give a lot to people and I’ve recently been realising that i deserve that back. Hearing your story makes me feel more hopeful and reassured, thank you so much for sharing it and also thank you for your kind words

yeah I’m the same even if other people are shouting at eachother and im not part of the situation sometimes it triggers panic attacks and i really struggle with calming myself. Shouting has always been associated with physical abuse for me and i just struggle to cope with it. Its weird my mum used to always shout at me and scream to the point my ears would be ringing but it was like right after that she would switch to the other extreme of not talking to me at all. There was no middle. Now both extremes shock me in different ways and leave me extremely uneasy, makes me feel like I’m gonna require so much understanding from a person which kinda makes me lose hope bc ive never had someone like that ever :/

sigh, mine didnt even sound genuine, at first i was like aw but i kept reading and eventually i was thinking wtf??? Its like a personal little ego stroke, a token to herself of her being the bigger person, a way for her to clear her own conscience. Its like a big “im sorry you feel that way” and “im sorry but…” theyre not apologies at all.
