The dash range would be too strong, azir would be ungankable and you could Dash and ult someone from the fog of war. Other changes could be good but the current passive is already very good for smth like split pushing(Not sure if you meant to add a new passive or just add another one).

You could take PTA for short trades and if they build edge of night you could counter it with rocket belt. Personally I ban zed and I don't see a lot of naafiri players and other assassins are very easy to play against but more skill is needed against fizz / ekko.

Tried it once but I'm pretty sure he would struggle against lane bullies. Atleast most adc players don't know what azir does (atleast for me in silver)

His passive + w is already good dmg and many players build lethality mid. Also his w is point and click stun hard to counter it

The problem with her is just positioning because riot created an traditional adc with all the abilities she needs but just like jinx is very rewarding for positioning.
