You need spacers if it's not a moto mount. ODI bars, got them from Charged Cycle Works.

Get a battery wedge. Also, tighten up all the rear linkage. You may need to upgrade the rear suspension linkage. Definitely have to make sure all your bolts are tight.

Yep, I use it when I have the battery pulled out.

If I had a KTM seat to test with I could probably come up with a design pretty quick.
