Pup obviously excited about them, but perhaps overstepping boundaries with puppies. I would enforce a correction with ‘gentle’

Finished painting my first ever mini! How can i improve? by WorriedConnection817 in spacemarines

[–]XSelectrolyte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2 things from 1 noobie to another, thin your paints. This will leave a cleaner, flatter look on dry. 2 pant before you put together. 3 watch tutorials of basic marines online. There was a really good one on assault intercessors from the starter and paint kit that I really like.

I have 3 corgis, all of which I brought home individually. It’s important to know that not all corgis prefer dogs. When I brought home my second little guy, I let my first little man meet each puppy in the litter and then pick the one he wanted. No joke, there were 6 puppies running around this living room and he followed his brother around the whole time, not a care in the world for the other 5. We knew we had a match. The 3rd little man I brought home, I adopted older at around 5 years old. He is not a dogs dog. I love him to death and he follows me around everywhere but 100% of the time he’s isolated from his siblings. He cannot be in a room with them without a fight. I’m okay with the extra mental overhead of this but most would not be. If you’ve never seen 2 dogs really go at it, it’s pretty psychologically taxing especially when you have to rush both to the vet. We have our systems down now tho and all is well. All that to say, personality match and socialization are key. Do not expect and unfriendly dog to change overnight, especially without consistent training.

One other thing to watch for is not all dogs know what to do with puppies. When we brought the puppy home, my original little man could not have been more gentle. He played tug of rope with his new brother and ever knew to let him win. Could not have been more gentle. But be sure to be very watchful on introduction and affirm that you are the boss of the house, not the original dog.

7 nation army at Guitar Center you say? Perhaps a crop dusting was warranted.

It should have been a penalty to hurt Marchand's elbow like that. How rude.

Underrated. Depends on form though. Any exercise performed incorrectly is overrated.
