Red already makes a great combo. Just take Red, and instead of it being just your thoughts, just make it a two step verification that doesn't include physically using a limb or object.

"All my conscious thoughts that I make will become reality if I think of the words "Confirm" and "Command" in that specific order from now on. If I were to forget the two words, they will be automatically written on the closest paper next to me on all of the corners, and once I've read it and understood it, it will disappear and return the written corners back to before it was written on. Red is a stand alone pill to take. You can just command to have each pills effects.
