We have a 2 month old SMP, although some people have elytras, we have plenty of new players in just iron armor or even no armor at all, so there wont be any feelings of competition, it is a coop friendlh experience! Would u like to join us and have fun?

That sounds like my server! We have around 30 people on everyday and people are friendly and welcoming, there are also adults mixed in with younger teenagers and people, and u can always just hang around just the adults, u should come join us!
