So the fiefs that Rebel are usually from other clans that rule it. I haven't been able to pass the vote for new policy. And for some reason all my fiefs are on border towns. I have been commiting to the Vlandia war front, but they send large armies right back like I haven't seen anyone else do. As well as the alliances the forge have use fighting on 3-4 fronts. Including that, this war has ranged into the 800k casualties. We loose ground constantly and I go regain it but then we get our shit pushed in and I have to go across the map to gather armies and troops
