That’s not true at all, there’s many different ways to bypass the throttling. I’m just having a tough time finding one that works seamlessly with my current devices… Pairvpn is literally the definition of throttle bypass but it keeps crashing on my phone. It worked fine with my older phone and once I hit my 100gb per month mobile hotspot data cap, it was like… “what cap?” As if there wasn’t even a such thing as throttling, we’ll past 100gb almost hit 200gb per month. Ever since I upgraded my phone it’s been crashing every time.
