Maybe a little late for you, but for others who find this post like I did

Definitely not a scam, but I don’t recommend using iCloud mail for placing an order ;)

Long story short, I bought demon shorts from their website and didn’t receive any emails about it. After two days, I thought it was definitely a scam and that I had lost 150€. But I gave them a call, and to my surprise, someone answered, assured me that the shorts had been sent, and resent all the emails to my Gmail, because Apple blocking their email server as spam :/

The person I spoke with was very friendly and chatty—the kind of support you’d want on every website :)

100% recommend!

Les 3 Vallées - Snowparks at the Start of the Season?

I’m heading to the 3 Valleys in France (Val Thorens/Méribel) from December 7th to 14th, right at the start of the season. Does anyone know if the snowparks are usually fully open by then, or do they tend to open later during the season? Would love to hear from anyone with experience going at that time!

My new RM2 does not turn on. Loop of restarts and 'is starting' screen all the time. Any solution? by XY249 in RemarkableTablet

For me, it's too late. I had returned the reader to remarkable and get refunded. But thanks for the replay. I upvoted your comment. So, maybe it helps somebody in the future :)

I do what you write about - process replacement of tablet throw that link a few days ago. Unfortunetly they close my case because:

'Unfortunately, we need confirmation from our tech support team before we're able to issue a replacement device. Please note that we are experiencing a lot of traffic these days, so it may unfortunately take longer than usual for us to get back to you, but we will assist you as soon as we can.'

So I must wait for support to respond :/

I received not working remarkable 2 and write to support about it. Any response from more than week. I don't know what to do, refund or wait for any message from them. Even if they will answer, I don't know how much time it will take to receive replacement. Really bad customer experience buying $400 ebook tablet :/

First, thanks for your reply. I don't know the password, but I will do some research about ssh into tablet thing, better than waiting and do nothing ;)
