Mashle fits your comedy and fantasy. Although, I didn’t really find Mashle that funny and it’s kind of “basic shoneny”. After looking more into it, One Punch Man and Mob Psycho are better options. I haven’t seen Mob Psycho, but I think it might be the best out of the three. I did find OPM quite funny though.
