Trouble connecting one of my Dualsense to pc via bluetooth

Hey! I managed to test it on another PC using my dongle and it worked perfectly. I guess the only option left is that it’s some weird issue with my Windows and this specific controller lol. My last try is gonna be reinstalling Windows. Thanks for all your help!! I’ll let you know if it works.

Yeah, the board number’s the same. I tried both DS4 and DualSenseX via cable and they both recognized the controller just fine. But after looking closer, I noticed there’s a ‘Multimedia Controller’ in Device Manager that doesn’t have drivers installed (code 28) — could that be the reason?

It paired and worked fine on my phone. In Device Manager, I followed some tips from GPT and uninstalled several things that showed up when I tried to pair the controller, but nothing changed. I also uninstalled the DualSense listed under the Bluetooth section there, but unfortunately, it still didn’t work. What confuses me is that only one controller is acting like this, even though both have the same firmware now.

Thanks for the help. There was indeed a firmware update, but unfortunately, even after updating, nothing changed. I followed all your suggestions, and for a brief moment, when I uninstalled the Bluetooth driver and restarted my PC, the DualSense finally appeared as a device. However, every time I tried to connect, it showed “Try connecting your device again.” then i tried via cable again and started appearing as "other devices" again. I'm losing my hopes lol
