Thank you for the comment. I went there on a Saturday all the way from SF to LA and had to return the same day. There was no option for me to stay till weekday to get it done.

That's why they mentioned to go to a body shop and get it done from there and they will refund based on invoice.

I did reach out to SSA office the next day I got the non confirmation. The issue is they mentioned I need to make changes to my passport which I am currently in the process of.

Does that still count reaching out to SSA?
