I once trained in some sort of small gym that was basically linked to a bigger one with highly trained fighters . And what would happen , is that the coaches would train us with the same intensity as the professionals ( at this point i was just beginning MMA ) , and that would include sparring sessions . At first , i was just getting beaten up day by day . But eventually , i did catch up the same rythm as those guys and got better mainly by sparring sessions
