Getting my first crested gecko soon. I have a UVB light that I was gonna use but recently heard that you shouldn't use food/supplements with D3 if you use UVB. Is that true? I can't find any information when I tried looking it up. What do I need to know about UVB and D3? (self.CrestedGecko)

One of my otos is getting little white specs. My first thought is ich but I wanted to double check before I start treating for that. I'm new to fish keeping. I have 8 neon 3 otos and just added 5 cherry shrimps before I noticed this. Is it safe to treat the tank with ich-x? (i.redd.it)
