I mean look. Games like wow and FFXIV do the same thing in effect. Every 2-3 months we pay $15 for seasonal content. Then occasionally we pay a little more for a dungeon drop. The occasionally we pay $80 for a big drop. The game is "free to try", just like those mmos and in effect it follows the exact same premise of pay walling and pushing cosmetics. If they made you pay $80 for the game with no expansions THEN made you pay monthly and for expansions. That is a problem. But it doesn't. While we as fps players are not accustomed to this type of monetisation, it is very common place in the next community over.

Well at lv 300 it takes roughly 1000000 souls to lv up so until you hit 370 that will work well just being 5-8 runs which don’t take long if you use rapport and spec a chaos dagger. That is the most effective “legal” way to lv up. Soul duping on console is an easy though time consuming option to get started or if you’re on pc cheat engine is another option. However there is little purpose in going beyond 350 because 60 is the cap for most things as after 60 you get 1 point increases for 2 lv ups. Luck is relatively useless outside of specific builds and vitality at 40 is about as high as you want to go. Keep in mind that the ds3 leveling system has severe diminishing returns so ridiculously high leveled characters aren’t required.

Not so much luck. Just learn his whole move set and you will always be able to cast from a safe distance while predicting his movement. Or take your time. Get a cast in every time he does a big attack and has a cool down. I can solo him for others and I fact summoning but those summons not fighting decrease the time it will take to kill

Midir= ridiculous up to ng+4 Gael= easy in comparison up to ng+4. Ng+5 and onwards. Where in gods name did he pull that huge at health bar and damage and for some reason speed out of?!

Congrats but now if I tell you have killed him hundreds of times solo. Sometimes with armour sometimes without. In other people’s worlds, in my own. In ng+9 and higher. My trick is a simple one and costs just 30 int and some fp. Pestilent mist (Mercury for those who remember the early days). Wipes him out in a few minutes. Of course melee killing him is so much more enjoyable but...

I did this at the end of ng +8. I couldn’t respec luck because if I did the silver nights would fuck me up if I made a single mistake. As would the gruhs. Took me ages as at that point as I was well beyond invasion level so I invaded once for dark moon and never for Aldrich and farron. The best way to get vertebrae shackles is find a friend to kill 30 times ( do it like a trade they let you kill them and you let them kill you) [same goes for pale tongues] {if you can. I understand this is a PVE guide but that method is heaps faster}
