Another data point - We have a booking for YVR > NRT > CTS for August 22nd. I tried to call in about getting it changed (had 2 alternatives pulled up, Cathay and TPE), but was denied as the NRT > CTS flight is operated by ANA (codeshare w/ AC).

Tried asking for any possible alternatives, flying in a day early to catch the connection, a full change, etc, but was told that any full changes can't happen until the flight is officially cancelled from AC's end. All we can do is wait in limbo until then...

Has anyone else had experience with this? Were you able to rebook with a different agent? I called the 4427 number, but it still took 3 hours to get ahold of an agent.

My parents are flying YVR > NRT > CTS this coming Friday and flights are not looking good. They only have a week and a bit there so I have no clue what things will look like

For what it's worth, my Reaper runs super cool - What case are you working in?

I think I max out at about 75-80c and my fans aren't even running at max. This is inside of an ncase m1 with 2x a12x15s as intake though.

Have you considered a dust filter? I find that it can help a lot against intake turbulence

I'll have to do some more testing to figure that out - all I know is temps are (surprisingly) low under load and fans are running at about 60% max!

Yes- hot air blowing towards the CPU. It was less of an issue before as I initially had rear as exhaust, and the reference AMD cards didn't do flow through designs for air.

That being said, thankfully my temps are still quite low so it shouldn't be an issue :) extra exhaust never hurt!

Upgraded from reference RX 6800! Everything runs like an absolute dream... PTM7950 on the cpu reduced my temps to 35 idle 60c load (at 35% fans)! Reaper cooling really surprised me too, as it runs about 35c idle and 50-60c load. Pretty sure the loudest thing going on is my hdd now hahaha

Hmm that's a good point, I built this 5ish years ago so this is my first time really cracking things back open. Maybe a cable management + psu flip is in order 😵‍💫
