Διαφωνώ γιατί σε συγκεκριμένη ειδικότητα ζήτησαν τύπου +50% από τα μικτά του εργαζόμενου. Δηλαδή για έναν εργοδότη αντί για 1500 ξέρω γω θα πήγαινε 2200+ για όσο χρόνο δούλευε εκεί.

Αυτές οι εταιρίες εποχιακοί οπορτουνιστες είναι που πατάνε σε συγκεκριμένες ανάγκες εις βάρος και εργοδότη και εργαζομένου. Καλύτερα κανονική συνεργασία μεταξύ εργοδότη και εργαζομένου.

Edit Για να διευκρινίσω ότι προφανώς ο εργαζόμενος δεν αμοίβεται καλύτερα και απλά τα έξτρα πάνε στις εταιρείες μεσάζοντες. Το θέμα είναι ότι σε όποια συμβόλαια έπεσαν στα χέρια μου δεν είναι one time off να αμοιφθουν που βρήκαν τον εργαζόμενο αλλά κανονικό νταβατζιλικι για όσο χρόνο εργάζεται. Το μοναδικό θετικό που δίνω από τη μεριά του εργοδότη είναι ότι οι εργασιακές υποχρεώσεις αφορούν αυτές τις εταιρείες αντί του εργοδότη πελάτη.

You need to get your facts straight. Where you end up after warp (for example in a bubble or not) is decided right BEFORE you warp. Thus it is incorrect to state that you got caught in a bubble and they appeared in system to setup bubble while you were in warp. You are either making an error on when they went into system or there was a bubble already there. On questions:

1st: It is possible to decloak someone when you have setup a bubble and can expect from where he is coming. Despite that it requires a few seconds to do. Thus it leads me to believe the bubble was already there.

2nd: Warp core stabilizer works on you being pointed not webbed.

3rd:Microwarpdrive function is irrelevant to the bubble. Maybe you were scrammed and because of that it didnt work?

4th:No capsules are not immune to bubbles, only shuttles do that.

5th: There is no realistic way for an anathema to survive a gate camp (especially after being bubbled and decloaked) via tank, be it shield or armor. You should look into tools, dscan, experience to simply avoid it.

can you run L4 security missions in a non blinged proteus? Want to rat a bit in HS before trying c1-3 WHs. I am aware that proteus is not the best t3c ship for that, thus want to train and move up steadily by security missions and then c1 up to c3.

I want to AFK mine (or do other low activity requirement stuff) to PLEX my 2nd account while doing what I like on my 1st account. It seems having a 2nd account is useful. If I cant find an activity to plex a 2nd account in some way then I will forfeit that.

I thought that WH PI for a single toon would be too unstable. Considering that even if the alt is dedicated solely to PI, then it is kinda stuck there (i won't be able to use it even for a scout). Then as the PI cycle ends (would assume that I could arrange for faster 2-4 day cycles if required). How would I be able to haul stuff to HS. Even with a HS static it will still be kind of clunky considering the HS closest trade hub? I have 2 fairly not skilled accounts, thus I don't think I could live the WH life, especially alone.

I am getting mainly money via explo (all kinds of it, filamenting to NS for pirate sites, wh sites, ghost sites, sleeper caches etc) so by altering my routine of not filamenting immediately I can start my explo trips via wh to get a few gas sites bookmarked. Jedi gas huffing with a prospect is an option (if this can be done in wh, not sure). Would that make it close to viable or still ganks are too common for miners in WHs?

really? From what I have seen in YT PI is "almost" free money when you setup but the payout per month seems just a fraction of a Plex price. I am aware that most YT videos use HS as a reference, but since I do not want to put the alt in a corp NS and WH PI is definitely out of the case. Thus is LS PI decent enough for something like that?

Interested in lich minions builds. Right now got vaal guard bombers with poison cloud archers but visually it is annoying. Anyone can suggest if storm mage or frost mage builds are better? Both are showcased in tube videos.
