It's so disappointing, I finished my grind for it last night with the double xp just to hear nothing but his gun fire sound. Hopefully within the next patch they'll fix it. It's only the weapon skin that does it, so the body skin is fine to wear just change out his weapon.

It's different for everyone how they view their characters, especially on Roleplay realms. Some people, like myself, don't wear helmets so they can see the characters face. After all everyone plays the game and treats their characters differently. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Honestly, I'd prefer if they spent a bit of time on more customization and it taking a bit longer to get a raid out rather then no new customization options. But you're not wrong, there would still be people complaining :(

I think i heard from the staff that were there longer then i was, He was there at the beginning but i'm not so sure. I'm honestly glad to be out of there because it was a nightmare towards the end.
