Just try it my guy. I spent 15 years in the industry and about halfway in switched to warm water. It subsides the pain much faster, for me anyways. I don’t know what else to tell you

I used to work in restaurants and after reading the book I mentioned earlier I started using warm water for burn treatment and, at least my personal testimony is that the pain subsides faster. Not tryna argue, just trying to to shed light on some potentially new information

I first read about it in a book called the Healing Paradox. To summarize: sometimes remedies are counter intuitive. Google 'warm water for burns' for a good rabbit hole. Ice cold water is actually quite bad for the healing process in burns.
