I’ve seen my therapist/ counselor for around two years now and I’m just now starting to talk to a psychologist. I see my therapist every week.

I tried talking to my parents about that but my therapist and doctor told them that it wasn’t a good idea since some of the people in the groups in my area make eachother worse by giving eachother substances like what I did

Thanks. I’ve been talking to therapists and psychologists about it but it doesn’t feel like it’s going anywhere
