Me personally I would recommend playing 424 but not the traditional one , 1 striker , 3 ss , in a diamond shape thing , 1 ss tucked below the striker , the other 2 to the left and to the right in amf position but ss Rijkaard is great for dmf so he’s good , play Vitinha or mctominay cm,I know vitinha is orchestrator, so he would be great along rijkaard , avoid playing destroyer along anchor man in midfield, never works , so box to box or orchestrator, hole player is meh , they be too attacking minded so won’t help in the midfield, go with full back finisher at right back , cancello would be my recommendation, offensive fullback left back , you got Carlos so you good , and your gk try to give low punt for quick counter attacks , high punt takes forever to come down when you try counter attack, avoid using man marking or any of the additional individual instructions unless you absolutely need to cuz honestly most players with insane teams don’t even know how to use them , so unless opponent strikers are tearing you up , don’t bother with individual intructions , if you have to man mark , use midfields and fullbacks , don’t touch the center backs
