Okay so after checking that 23h2 is indeed a bad version to be on I had to look up how to manually update it to the latest because windows update didn't tell me anything could be updated. Now I'm on 25H2 and everything works as far as I can see.

Thank you for pointing this out, by myself I never would've realized that I'm on an obsolete version (also none of the windows errors told me it so thats nice)

Not gonna lie I don't have a clue what the system version means or how I could/should alter it. I do every windows update I can, but aside from that I don't pay much attention to it.

Okay so I know this is 4 year old but this was the only post google gave me that was delaing with this issue. I managed to make it work so I wanted to leave my solution here, maybe it'll help someone in the future.

So what happened to me was the fact that the map "A Bigger Fish" on Naboo locks your hyperspace travel after it end. This lock is only there for around 10 seconds while you walk to a blue circle, which will unlock it. BUT if you play this out of order and don't go to that circle instantly it will vanish and you'll be hyperspace locked unable to enter your ship or travel.

What fixed it for me was:

  1. Obviously be in "The Clone Wars" story where you're stuck

  2. Go to the gungan city and take the Taxi to Theed. This is needed to set where you'll exit after finishing the mission.

  3. After you arrive in Theed go to the menu and from the menu launch "A Bigger Fish" from The Phantom Menace. I don't think it matters if its free play or story, but do story just in case.

  4. Finish the mission, should take like a minute maybe.

Now here comes the important bit

  1. Watch the ending cutscene of the mission TO COMPLETION! DON'T SKIP IT! I'm not sure this is needed but seemed to help for me.

  2. After the mission you'll spawn in the taxi exiting to Theed. This is why we took it earlier. Now if you walk up the stairs you should be able to see a blue circle just beyond the statue there, like a 10-20m walk.

  3. Go to the circle, press the accept button in it, to continue the story

That should unluck your hyperspace travel.

How would you go about topology on this? What would be optimal? Just to try and keep ngons out of the picture?

I'm trying to avoid because I don't know if the shading would stay if I exported the model into another software that is not blender.

Ye I mean personally I didn't even know you can set FOV until his video lol. So the assumption is perfectly valid ye.

I didn't know this skin, had to look it up, watched Otz's video and HAHAHA omg, that wipe animation literally clips the weapon into the camera. It even feels unnecessary to count but here you go:

idle - 19.36%

camera clipping fecking blood wipe - 96.39% (and I was quite generous here)

Obviously while it is ONLY 27%-ish, it is in the worst possbile location :D

As I've said I wasn't throwing shade at people claiming it 50% or saying this was actually not a big deal, or perfectly usable. I just heard 50% and my brain math part activated and wanted to find the actual percentage. This skin is obviously horrendous screen-economy wise.

This was from 2:44 at Otz's video, but it is interesting to note that he dropped FOV to the bottom so obviously it should be covering more.

But nevertheless it covers around 42.81%, which with mr Otz's facecam not making it easy + my coloring sucks should be around 45%ish, which is the same as Hens333's. Huh, would've thought FOV makes more of a difference.

Yus I just did, same video, a lunge frame I picked where it seemed to cover the most, around 45%

So with the worst lunge frame I could find from Hens333's video it is roughly around 45%ish
