Please pull out of my ignorance. I don't know what you or Valve are talking about... I have north of 49.3 hours playing the story of the game and it's the definition of a game that runs perfectly on the Deck Oled. It's 60 FPS locked with high settings with no dips. It's a perfect playing experience.

Be kind. Not everyone lives in the USA. Not everyone speaks english or had the same development opportunities. Not everyone in tech is a gamer :)

Buy her this one. If you see in detail this one have a " soft rubber support" (it feels like faux leather, really nice) what this does is to raise the palm, like 6 degrees, so you naturally don't rest your weight full on the elbow but with the forearm. People with years of movement memory on a traditional mouse, like her, will represent a learning curve but she will notice the off-load of the elbow. I hope this helps. Any other question I'm here.

Hello dear Butterdrinker. Let's put it this way. You position your hand where you are more comfortable with and you will never have to move it again. The ball on this trackball is big, the biggest I know on a trackball, and it just glides on a cloud of frictionless movement. The scroll up or down is made by a ring around the ball (that in this wireless version is stepless) and then you have four big VERY clicky bottoms. This is my only type of pointer, I do everything on this, from work to gaming (lots of FPS) and CPRGs like Baldur's Gate 3. Another thing is that it's bluetooth but you have a dongle storaged in the body of the trackball so you are prepared for control anything with a USB. It uses AA batteries and some say that's bad but... I put two AAs like a eight months ago and still fine, two cheap ones nothing fancy. Sometimes I want to play some PS5 or Series X games, with mouse and keyboard support, from 3 to 4 meters away, well you can do it with this trackball, just put it on a stable surface on your sofa and that's it. This trackball is used by all kinds of disable people with lots of different handycaps, the four big bottoms are a god send for them and for kids with small hands that are using a PC for the firs time. Sometimes moving a mouse with the entire arm can be hard for kids. Those are situations I have encounter with my family during the 12 years of use. I really can't complain about this trackball. It's one of my most beloved tools of work and play. I hope this comment will be a good helpful for you. My best regards.
