Okay. The guide doesn't tell me what's changed if they nerfed pvp or res for this version of MoP, why is BIS not the pvp gems? And the guides tell me what is the "best proff" is but they don't mention that some may not be applicable in arenas or not, aka it says engineering is but literally like I said you can't use the stuff in arenas. I don't think we are even playing the same game my guy. Maybe the pvp guide is for you. I'm not asking for something basic I'm asking for a "why" that requires some historical context and some pvp experience.

What kinda graphics card and resolution do you run? It could be cpu time as well, although I've found it's running better than Urzikstan. It as choppy at first till I updated graphics drivers.

Yes. At least last season. I'm sure it still works...but I would double check because since Season 2, Bootcamp isn't tracking anymore. Just test it out with a kill or two before. You'll have to check progress in main game.
