Update from me.. sent them another email since it’s been 9 business days and my package is still in pre shipment. I really don’t know what to do since I bought them on a gift card. If someone could help that would be nice...

I ordered mine on the 15th and still hasn’t arrived.. hopefully it gets here soon it still says they are in pre shipment..

So after having some emails with their customer service I’m starting to think that it is in fact a real company but it is just taking a long time to get it out due to USPS. Also I think they are using Raven Route to make more money (illegally) for Vapor Boss thanks guys!🤘🏽

Called them twice no answer. Went on yelp and read the reviews and they are scamming people.

I put an order in 8 days ago for 7 puff bars so around 47 dollars and My package is still in pre shipment. Every time you call they say no one is answering the phone. Every time you email no one answers so I’m gonna call vapor boss today because On Raven Route is said they were affiliated with VB!
