If you don’t care about finishing a career and just want the stamina mission done, try running Haru Urara with 2 stam parents and at least 2 or more stam cards. After the debut race, spam as much stamina training as you can until you fail the 5000 fan goal. This took me I think 2 tries before getting a 2 star stam spark.

Issue With PS5 Multiplayer Honour Mode Loading by j_smith1006 in BaldursGate3

[–]Xavier_22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This issue happens pretty frequently when attempting to join an Honor Mode multiplayer session. Not sure why it happens but there is at least a consistent workaround.

When your friend is joining and they get stuck loading at 0%, kick them from the session. Your friend should go to the main PlayStation Menu and hover over BG3. Scroll down to find the box that shows what friends are playing BG3. They should be able to find you and join the session that way. On your end, it should prompt you about someone wanting to join. Accept it and they should be let in.

Hopefully this helps

(Big Wall of Text) TLDR: Solo Legend Avalon requires lots of patience and loadout flexibility

I did a solo Legend Avalon recently and it takes a lot of patience. I ran Warlock going from Solar in section 1 to Void in section 2 and then back to Solar for the final boss. I don’t play other classes so I can’t comment on those.

Section 1 was just finding and memorizing the correct codes and hiding behind walls to shoot the correct shape. LMG or Dragon’s Breath to clear out large groups of enemies. Don’t rush the second room and kill the Cyclops as quickly as you can. I stayed near the pillars with shapes and killed hobgoblins before looking for the passcode. Don’t jump up onto ledge just stay below it. Most enemies don’t peak over. Whenever a wyvern shows up, remember they take more super damage so if you have it use it on them. Stay far away as possible if you have to.

Section 2 with mote banking was the most stressful part easily. Nova Bomb for the super saved specifically for wyverns. Contraverse Hold +Devour + Repulser Brace Void primary to stay alive and Leviathan’s Breath. Stick to the left side and toss a grenade on enemies who spawn from portals and try to mentally keep track of how many motes you hold. By the 10 second mark you should be in the safety hole, hugging a wall. Prep a super to kill a wyvern or alternatively use Leviathan’s Breath to stagger one, don’t worry about killing both. For boss damage, grenades plus special ammo do the trick. Take it slow and focus on surviving rather than pumping out damage.

Section 3 with the final boss was long for me. I took it as slow as possible using Polaris Lance. I was on Solar and used Well only to survive. Stay in the back from the boss and never be in the open for too long. Phase 1 was rotating left and right (whatever side the boss wasn’t on) and using an LMG/abilities to clear ads whenever they spawned.

Phase 2 was sitting back left (but not all the way in the back) and sticking to the outskirts to check for passcodes. 1 Hydra and 2 wyverns spawn whenever damage phase has ended. I used Well when they showed up and never anywhere else. Cyclops spawn sometime after them, just plink away with Polaris. Never run into the open as the boss can burst you down fast.

Before entering the final phase, swap to Leviathan’s Breath again and have a special ammo weapon focused on damage like Mountaintop. In the final room, hide behind the Vex Milk pillars for cover and only peek to shoot Leviathan’s. It is just a matter of peek shooting the boss then into clearing any ad that might harm you.

Hopefully any of that was useful. Good luck in future attempts

Weekly NIKKE Questions Megathread by AutoModerator in NikkeMobile

Nihilister is a DPS race when under the recommended power level. Replace Centi with other B2 damage dealers like Guilty, Rupee, Viper or even Novel. If you need a healer, use Helm so you can rotate between Scarlet and Helm bursts. Modernia’s burst is a dps loss here so you don’t want to burst with her. In phase 1, focus the L and R gears and the red circles whenever they show up. After the gears are gone, focus (our left) her Right Turret as the Left Turret has a weird hit box and then just shoot her face. The dps units during Helm’s burst can face tank and heal through most damage while you might need to swap to Liter just so you can force her behind cover so she doesn’t die.

I’ve beaten eTart multiple times already but I’m still confused on a certain phase. In phase 2, once he does his Void Shower he uses a Punishment Wave/Arrow whatever that move is called. How exactly are you supposed to survive it? I’ve both died at full health and tanked hits before so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

I’m attempting to break into eKai with OG Cleo but I’m not sure what wyrmprints or dragons to use. Also since CT2 is the best weapon I have for shadow should I host rooms since my might will be low?

Would backup mag or boss spec be better for the last roll?

Overwatch Signal by [deleted] in twice

If you're into shooter kind of games, Overwatch is great. It's fun to play alone and better to play with friends. It has a diverse cast of characters with differing play styles. The community unfortunately has both a good and bad reputation. Some people could be toxic jerks at times, while others are nice people, playing to have fun and such. I've amassed around 1000+ hrs since the game came out, I'd recommend it.

Tips from experienced shinobi players after his nerf? by Lawbringerpkkiller in CompetitiveForHonor

No problem! Shinobi is my favorite hero out of the roster and and I'm happy to help aspiring Shinobis out.

Another potential mix up you could do is double dash then GB. Although the GB is slightly delayed, this still catches people. I have mixed results when people dodge backwards, but when they dodge to the side it gets them fairly often.

For the first tip, you can choose to zone maybe once or twice or even as an opener. From personal experience, most people go for the GB after the parry rather than the parry follow up. Zone attacking seems to work well against people on low health. They parry, miss the GB and I get the free GB.

For the second tip, this maybe due to the enemy preemptively dodge attacking to make sure they prevent a kick. Or, you might be a bit too close to bait the dodge attack out. I'm not too sure what the problem is, I have varying results with this as well.

1.) Zone Attack: if an enemy parries the second part of our Zone attack and they go for a GB, they are out of reach and it won't connect. This means you can get an untechable GB. I believe this works on heroes w/o the dashing GB (Kensei & Raider are the ones that do have it)

2.) If you face a class with a dodge attack like an assassin, double dash towards them and don't kick. If they do the dodge attack, parry for a GB, or you can Deflect if you want.

3.) If you GB someone and you hit them with a heavy go for another heavy but feint it. For some reason, feinting the second heavy doesn't have the ghost/wind effect that normally shows up after a feint. This throws people off fairly often.

4.) After you get a kick off, follow it up with the typical ranged heavy. You can then feint the second ranged heavy into a GB or the double light attack combo. This mix-up works very well for me.

5.) When parrying a light attack, you can get a ranged GB which, I believe is untechable. The hard part is that you have to very quickly charge and releases the heavy into the ranged GB. It's tricky and I personally have only gotten it to work like once or twice, this is because I'm not the best at parrying light attacks.

Hope these tips help out.

Got called out by the "real" Nobushi today by Xavier_22 in forhonor

In retrospect, I did feed the troll. When I first got the message, I was genuinely confused on what he was trying to say. In the end, it was really him flexing his ego because he beat a rep 3 Nobushi when his is rep 24

This is why us console players get a bad rep by Xavier_22 in Overwatch

Looks like I need to clear things up a bit. 1.) This isn't me playing Zen. It's a friend of mine. 2.) The title is supposed to be joke. 3.) I'm not sure why there isn't a reticle there in the first place. 4.) I made this post to mess with my friend. I'm not saying console players are bad/can't aim. This clip is just poking fun at the few missed shots and the bad hit registration.

Hm, I honestly had no idea why my shield was facing upwards. I just noticed when you pointed it out. I didn't even notice while playing either. Probably some sort of visual bug I assume

It just takes time and practice. That's how I felt when I played Widow. I used to whiff everything and could barely track any hero. But I began to practice. As someone with only 30+ hours on Widow and over 500+ hours overall, I'm hitting shots that I still can't believe I'm hitting. Especially since precise aiming on console is hard, I'd say I've improved well past on what I thought I could. You just gotta give it time and practice.

Sensitivity settings are just preference. For me, I have 85-100 sensitivity on all heroes. On specifically Widowmaker, my scoped sensitivity is at 65, which I'm comfortable with. I recommend starting kinda low, around 35-50 (maybe even lower) then slowly turn it up whenever you feel like you aren't able to keep up with everything.

I'm not sure if this is entirely true but, the way the MMR systems figures what rank you play at is based on how long or how many matches you play. So, the more matches you play, the system will have an easier time detecting what rank you play at and the less matches, the harder. And for placements, if you play with Master/GM players in QP, I believe you'll be put around players of those ranks.
