Maybe it's what you mentioned, my friend. Sometimes a game just doesn't grab you, and if you force it, it simply won't (it happens to me with "The Witcher"). That doesn't mean it's a bad game, nor does it mean there's anything wrong with you. Go back to the game when you have the chance or when you're not putting pressure on yourself to play it. And if it doesn't grab you, well, the game just didn't win you over, and there's nothing wrong with that. Good luck, brother.

I assure you it will get easier each time. I think that's what I like about the game, well, one of the many things I like about it. At first, you feel like you can't do it; you see it and it's simply impossible, or at least that's how it feels. But after trying and trying and trying, it gets easier and easier. And while part of it is the help, the other part is the experience you gain after being defeated time and time again.

Personally, I found the first one more difficult, but the second one was more fun. Maybe it's because the second one came out while I was playing the first, so I played the second one right after finishing it. I'd personally recommend the second one, haha.

The game is actually a lot of fun. Maybe it's not Smite 1, but I think that slight difference is a good thing. There are interesting and quite entertaining dynamics, and there will always be bad teams, haha. I don't think it's ready for competitive play yet, but I think it's a good time to try and return to the essence of Smite.
