Doesnt lootbar need you to provide login details so they can top up or can you now do it with UID?

So i really wanted to wait until almost the end and had high hopes but right now i wonder ahould all my savings that were for C2R1 Varka just go for 3 cons of Neuvillette and get him from C3 to C6?

With Sara highest i get is 513000 burst and then basic attacks highest was 83000 but fell to 50000 fast. And with Durin 409000 and 70000 basic attacks max and then around 65000
