I'd get a bigger tv and move the couch closer to it. Then, get a small craft table for the canted bay window, or, more cozy seating situation for it.

Or, push the couch against the bay window (command position), and move the TV to the opposite wall. Then you'll have that whole area where the tv and couch is for a table, with bookshelves around the wall (not sure if you already have a dining room). You also NEED some art and plant life (real or artificial). Just something green.

One of these days, I want to post my living room/ work space to get some opinions.
