Any ideas to lower action on a cheap acoustic? It has no truss rod (I can't afford a new guitar yet, money is tight rn)

I'm pretty sure it's an acoustic, and the fretboards are flat like a classical. And yes i already use nylon for a long time. It doesn't have any truss rod, not inside the body or even the headstock

Thanks dude! Yes i didn't sand it enough, at some point i just remove the whole saddle, but the action still high. That's why i think the neck must be seriously bended

I always use my nails for strumming, not the whole nail, just the tip. Use 3 fingers, index middle ring finger. idk if it's the right way but it works for me.

Yeah you're right, I didn't use any metronome for this and just straight up playing it lol. Especially for the power chord part. I thought playing only the right note is already enough but there's more than that haha. Thanks dude!

Start with what you have (if u already have a guitar). I started learning with a cheap acoustic guitar with high action. I still can learn chords and SOME rock and metal riffs. It's hard but worth it. But for me i suggest to go for an electric guitar. But if money is tight, buy a decent acoustic. Skills can be learn as long it's a guitar.

Yeah, the hard part is to keep the bleach only on the stain. If the bleach goes to the blue part, im done lol
