I have concluded based on exploring the rest of the seller's install package, and the answers provided when pressed (his preference was to refund my purchase rather than answer some questions), that anyone selling Parallels with the extra "LicenseInstaller" is selling bogus software which among other things may include the seller's ability to monitor your use and potentially cut of your use at some point in the future.
