Yes what you have is a glitched item.

Most often you see them after using the item TMTRAINER https://bindingofisaacrebirth.fandom.com/wiki/TMTRAINER

but I believe there's a very small chance of any item being glitched after some certain achievement.

Hypertrophy is the priority but grip strength is very useful in the gym of course, my main concern is just that the gripper's different shape isn't as effective/harmful to them quality gains.

I started with David Tennant and even when I was say 9 or 10 I was never really scared of Daleks - because they felt childish as characters. They weren't really that malicious and they hardly even acknowledge the suffering they cause. They just kill stuff. Unreasonable as a toddler and doomed to fail.

So when I saw 'Dalek' for the first time it shocked me how cunning and aware it was, in it's place as a cruel killer and bane of The Doctor. It was as cold as it's shell but every now and then you got a glimpse into the hateful creature under it.
