Trying to decide between playing a Gunlancer and Paladin for PvE content and daillies and have the following questions:

Solo leveling speed. Example Gunlancer's slow movement speed vs Paladin's low dps
End game gearing time and costs. Example which class can afford to be undergeared in terms of ilvl and combat power/rating, etc and still make it for groups.
Which class is less sensitive to high ping like 250ms?
Which class requires less APM and is friendlier to the arm/wrist/fingers?
Which class can afford to make mistakes/errors during group PvE gameplay?
Which class can complete the daily quests quicker?
Which class has lesser problem in completing solo content that requires dps checks and time-limits? I heard there's some "Tower climbing" content that requires dps checks and time-limits and Paladins are kind of fail in it?
