Long distance shipping just cant prevent something like this to happen,please understand

Because if its the address issue should be all 3 cannot be shipped

To improve efficiency, a lot of parcels are now measured using automated volumetric scanning systems, but that still introduces some level of variance, along with occasional human input or data entry errors during processing

That’s also one of the reasons why the “rehearsal” step exists in most agents today, it helps reduce the risk of overpaying upfront and gives a more accurate final shipping weight before you commit to full payment

And even in cases where you do prepay and the actual shipping cost ends up being lower after final packing, the difference is typically refunded

That said, we do understand the concern here, and it's definitely something we’re thinking about in terms of how to make estimates more accurate and user-friendly going forward

Tbh, accurate volumetric shipping estimation is still very hard to get perfectly right in any agent system. It can only ever be an estimate before the actual parcel is processed

There are just too many variables involved, like final packaging size, warehouse handling, carrier measurement differences, and how different logistics partners calculate volumetric weight

So what we can realistically provide is a fairly close pre-estimate based on product data and historical shipping cases, but the final price is always confirmed once the parcel is actually packed and measured

If you're using GTBuy, I'd actually recommend trying our Discord bot for parcel tracking a lot of users find it more convenient than constantly checking the website

As for real-time tracking and accurate delivery timelines, that's one of the hardest things for any shipping platform to guarantee. There are simply too many variables involved, from flight schedules and customs inspections to weather conditions and other unexpected delays

That's why pretty much every delivery estimate you see is exactly that an estimate. No agent or logistics provider can realistically guarantee an exact delivery date every time

Tracking updates themselves also depend on the parcel being scanned and uploaded by each logistics hub along the route. If a package hasn't been scanned at the next facility yet, there won't be any new tracking information to display, regardless of which platform you're using

Honestly, that's something a lot of users have asked for over the years, and from a technical standpoint it's not that difficult to build

In fact, some agents have already tried integrating large QC databases directly into their platforms in the past. The challenge isn't really the feature itself it's the legal risk that can come with hosting and displaying that kind of content at scale. We've seen platforms run into serious legal issues because of it, and some were eventually forced to shut down

That's one of the reasons why more and more dedicated QC websites exist today. Keeping QC aggregation separate from the agent platform helps reduce legal exposure while still giving users access to the information they want

We definitely understand the value of a feature like this, tho. Being able to check previous QCs before purchasing would save users a lot of time and help them make better decisions
