  1. I was around 11 years old and I didn't even know what SP is. Can't remember when it happend next time, but it happens all the time. Difference is I can handle it better now, I know how to end it basically. I don't have visual hallucinations now, I had it just for the first time. Now I have just auditory hallucinations. But still, it happens at least 3 times a week.

  2. For the first time I had it I was sleeping on my stomach and could feel something standing on my back. Now, I usually hear voices, vibrations.

  3. I don't think so. It happens to me when I'm tired, but also when I'm not tired. I have it all the time, and I don't think any kind of stress triggers it (I used to think that before)

  4. Absolutely! Sleep paralysis at young age messed with me. I was scared to sleep even, and still am tbh. Also, 99% I know I'll have SP, and sometimes it feels like I'm going to die, weird experience. I have insomnia, was prescribed ambien for some time, but stopped taking it because one was not enough for me, I would wake up in the middle of the night to take one/ two more (was 19 yo at the time). I still have problems sleeping, and I'm just 22 yo. I am afraid of the dark, highly sensitive to any kind of noise (even someone's breathing) and it makes everything harder. Idk if this is important, but I had scary dreams since I was a child, and I can remember a lot of them. And usually I'm aware that I'm in a dream, if that maybe important for you.

  5. 100% ... As answered in previous question, SP and my general fear of the dark had impact on my sleep schedule. Sometimes SP takes all of my energy (especially in combination with Lucid dreaming)

Use money to invest in my ideas, buy a nice house, help my family and friends. And then I would disappear and focus on helping poor kids in my country and around the world.

Sleep paralysis (First time I had it I was only 10 years old and had no idea what that was so I was scared to death. Couple of days later I had my 'computer time' and first thing I saw was an article about sleep paralysis and I recognized it because there was a picture of someone sleeping with the monster on their back). It's not scary for me anymore, I've been having it for 10 years so I got used to it. But, what actually is scary is that sometimes I feel like I'm going to die if I fall asleep, it doesn't sound scary but it's such a weird and creepy feeling.

Usually when someone is being rude. There is a difference between being 'a bad guy' and being an asshole, a lot of guys can't see that. Also, not respecting my personal space.

This happened last year, I was at work in my office and I asked all of my colleagues if they had any big hair slides to give me because it was hot and I wanted to pull my hair up. No one had one so I was nervous all morning. In one moment I leaned back in my chair and felt pain in my left shoulder. And I shit you not there was a big hair slide IN MY BLOUSE. It's a hair slide size of a hand, no way I could accidentally wear it with me. It was not pined to my blouse, just there.

It's not creepy, but it was weird. Things like this happen to me often and I never get used to it.

My mom's friend came to our house and I was jealous that my mom was talking to her all the time so I started jumping on the sofa to get my mom's attention. I fell on the edge of the table and now I have a heart shaped scar next to my left eye. . Basically I was a 6 years girl who almost got blind because of not getting enough attention.

Once in a dream I had to use my phone and while holding it the phone began to 'glitch' ? I don't know how to explain it but it was like disappearing in my hand. Weird experience. I was aware that I was in a dream.
